The Role

At SoPost, it is our mission to build the most powerful product sampling platform in the world, with a focus on relevance, data and analytics. The Marketing team is integral to our growth and development, ensuring we have solid communication and lead generation strategies that work globally.

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Marketing Manager who will be comfortable focusing on a multi-channel approach for lead generation, including but not limited to: digital, social, email and event marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for effective communication with the wider SoPost team, ensuring a strong working relationship and creative support particularly with the sales organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing generalist who feels comfortable both managing a social media calendar as well as being on the ground at an industry conference, acting as an advocate for the company.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

Assisting in delivering on global lead generation strategy; generating net new leads via a multitude of channels to hit a monthly target. Channels including, but not limited to: digital, social, email, webinars and events.

Management of all global SoPost events and trade shows, both physical and digital. Oversee event execution from contract negotiation to actual event set up and post-event engagement and marketing.

Assist with website updates, and optimisation for the purposes of lead generation.

Own the sales relationship with SDRs and Partnership Managers. Be the driving force behind weekly check-ins, collaboration on outbound marketing ideas and finding creative ways to help deliver new business meetings and opportunities.

Skills

Essential

The ideal candidate should feel comfortable and confident in a fast-paced environment, while working against clear goals and marketing plan.

  1. 3+ years B2B marketing experience
  2. Must be organised and extremely detail oriented
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  4. Not scared to take initiative
  5. Experience with CRM and CMS tools (preferably WordPress and HubSpot)
  6. Comfortable working across multiple teams in the business to achieve marketing goals

  1. Experience with SEM and SEO marketing
