The Role

SoPost is a technology company that is thoroughly disrupting the product sampling space. We are growing quickly and we're looking for a talented Head of Account Management to join our team in London.



Reporting to the CFO, our Head of Account Management will be ultimately responsible for maintaining and growing existing Brand Partner accounts.

You will need to be a strong leader and coach as you will be managing a team of four (but growing) account managers and account executives, while also delivering against a personal revenue target for your own key accounts.

The role involves working closely with the Director of Business Development, business development team, and Senior Project Manager to ensure success right the way through from new partner win, to successful campaign execution.

  1. BA/BS degree, or equivalent
  2. Proven track record leading an account management team
  3. Ability to manage large Brand Partner relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  4. Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for brands
  5. Demonstrated experience effectively optimising marketing campaigns by analysing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
  6. Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills and ability to apply best practice recommendations for campaign strategy
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  8. Strong organisation, communication (written and verbal) and computer skills (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Sheets)
  9. Strong attention to detail.


  1. 1-2 years’ experience managing an account team within the digital marketing space preferable
  2. Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance Brand Partner relationships
  3. Proven track record of maximising revenue from a given set of key Brand Partner accounts
  4. An understanding of digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate
  5. Preference for working in small, collaborative teams.


The salary for this role is dependant on experience.

Holidays and Benefits

You'll get 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays every year. Once you’ve been here for three years, we’ll give you an extra two days of holiday allowance.

We keep a well-stocked fridge full of soft drinks and beer or if you prefer something more refined, we have delicious coffee beans and a great coffee machine. You will be based in our London office, but there are opportunities to travel to our Newcastle office, and internationally.

We’re a sociable team and enjoy bringing everyone in the company together from all over the world.
