The Role

SoPost is a technology company that is thoroughly disrupting the product sampling space. We are growing quickly and we're looking for talented people to join our team on our journey of rapid U.S. expansion!

Our technology is used by many of the world's leading brands to run the most powerful sampling campaigns online, with a focus on relevance, data and analytics. We work with over 200 different brands with the vast majority being in beauty.

The role of an Account Manager is focused on leading the growth of existing brand partner accounts and supporting key new account wins. The role involves working closely with the Account Executives, Project Managers, and customer service/logistics-focused employees.

In this role, you will be the primary contact for brand partners, and hold ultimate responsibility for the successful and timely execution of brand partner campaigns, in line with our product and fulfilment capabilities.

  1. BA/BS degree, or equivalent
  2. Ability to manage large brand partner relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  3. Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for brands
  4. Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers
  5. Strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills and ability to apply best practice recommendations for campaign strategy
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Strong organization, communication (written and verbal) and computer skills (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Sheets)
  8. Strong attention to detail


  1. 1-2 years’ of Account Management experience within the digital marketing space preferable
  2. Preference for working in small, collaborative teams
  3. Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance Brand Partner relationships
  4. An understanding of the digital landscape and of the competitive marketplace in which we operate


Salary for this position is dependant on experience.

Holidays and Benefits

You'll get 21 days’ vacation plus 10 federal holidays. Once you have been here for three years, we'll give you an extra two days’ holiday allowance per year.
